Guest Feedback

Collect honest guest feedback with a simple QR code or link, then track ratings and sentiment from your dashboard.

How It Works

Guests leave feedback through a short form you share as a QR code or link. Each response is scored and classified by sentiment, then collected in your Customer Feedback dashboard (Today → Customer Feedback).

Tip: Print the QR code and display it at tables, on receipts, or at checkout to get the most responses.

Sharing Your Feedback Link

From the Customer Feedback dashboard, click Request Feedback to open Manage Feedback. There you can:

    Copy the link

    Use "Copy Link" to grab your unique feedback URL.

    Download the QR code

    Use "Download QR" to save a QR image you can print and display.

  3. 3

    Preview it

    Use "Preview Link" to see exactly what guests will fill out. You can also set up an optional loyalty reward code.

What Guests See

The guest form is a quick, step-by-step experience that works on any phone. Guests can optionally share their contact info, then answer a few questions:

  • How they discovered you
  • Their overall experience (emoji scale)
  • Food quality and service (star ratings)
  • Optional comments and quick tags
  • Whether they'd recommend you

After submitting, guests see a thank-you screen with your reward code (if enabled) and links to leave a public review.

Reviewing Feedback

The Customer Feedback dashboard summarizes responses for the month and all time, including total reviews, average score, and a breakdown of sentiment.

Sentiment at a glance

Each response is tagged Positive, Neutral, or Needs Attention so you can spot issues fast.

Full details

Click any response to see the guest's ratings, comments, tags, contact info, and overall score.

Use the month filter and tabs to focus on a specific period.
