Keep your SOPs, training materials, policies, and recipes in one organized, searchable place. Found under Operations → SOPs & Materials.

Overview

The document repository (Operations → SOPs & Materials) is the central home for the files your team needs — standard operating procedures, training guides, policies, recipes, and more.

Supported files: PDF, Word, Excel, or images, up to 10MB each.

Uploading a Document

    Click "Upload Document"

    The button is in the top right of the Document Repository.

    Choose your file

    Click the upload area or drag and drop a file. The title fills in automatically from the filename.

    Confirm the title and category

    Edit the title if needed, then pick a category: SOP, Training Material, Policy & Guidelines, Recipe & Specs, or Other.

    Add a description and upload

    Add an optional description (up to 500 characters), then click "Upload Document".

Categories

Every document is filed under one category, and you can filter the list by category at any time:

  • SOPs — standard operating procedures
  • Training — onboarding and training materials
  • Policies — policies and guidelines
  • Recipes — recipes and specs
  • Other — anything else

Each document shows a colored category badge so it's easy to spot at a glance.

Viewing & Deleting

    Open a document

    Click any document to see its details, file size, type, and upload date.

  2. 2

    Open or download the file

    Use "Open File" to view PDFs and images in a new tab, or "Download" to save the file.

  3. 3

    Delete if needed

    Use "Delete" on the document page and confirm. This can't be undone.
