When you use the Service, we automatically collect usage data such as pages viewed, features used, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand how the Service is used.

Information from third parties

We receive limited information from our service providers, such as Stripe for payment processing and Supabase for authentication and data storage, in order to operate the Service.

• To send transactional messages such as account notifications, welcome emails, and schedule alerts.
• To generate AI-assisted content and features you request.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the Service:

• Service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, database, email, payments, and analytics).
• Within your organization — data you create is scoped to your location and visible to authorized members of that location.

AI Features

Some features use third-party AI providers to generate content (for example, shift summaries or suggestions). Content you submit to these features may be processed by those providers solely to return a result to you. We do not use your data to train third-party models without your consent.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We will delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable period after you close your account, unless we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or security reasons.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security to isolate each location’s data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update most account information directly in the Service, or contact us to exercise these rights. You may also opt out of non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

International Users

We operate in the United States and may process your information there. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws than your own.
